AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE PROTECTION OF TREES ON PUBLIC PROPERTY WHICH SERVE THE PUBLIC INTEREST BY PROVIDING OXYGEN, STABILIZATION OF THE SOIL, PREVENTION OF EROSION, SHELTER FOR WILDLIFE, CONSERVATION OF ENERGY BY PROVIDING SHADE, FILTERING AIR, AND ADDING TO THE BEAUTY OF THE CITY OF WOODLAND HILLS.
